Abstract: A implementação dos sistemas Alma e Primo na U.Porto representa um passo transformador rumo a uma abordagem unificada e colaborativa na gestão dos sistemas de bibliotecas.
Esta comunicação destaca o modelo de gestão partilhada adotado pela instituição, com ênfase na participação ativa de grupos de trabalho interfuncionais na definição de fluxos de trabalho, políticas e experiência do utilizador.
Ao promover uma cultura de corresponsabilidade e diálogo aberto, o projeto não só melhora a eficiência operacional, como também reforça o sentimento de comunidade entre as bibliotecas da universidade. Esta visão sublinha a importância da inteligência coletiva na construção de serviços de biblioteca sustentáveis e centrados no utilizador.
