Jesse is the Head of Scholarly Communication and Research Services at the University of Hong Kong Libraries. His key role is to provide research services and coordinate the vision, planning, and implementation of the library’s scholarly communications program. He oversees the research services team which offers research data services, HKU Scholars Hub, research output management system, bibliometrics and research impact services, open access, author identifiers and profiles, tools for digital publishing and data sharing, and support for new modes of research dissemination. 

Audrey Chen has expertise in international relations, partnership development, strategic planning and implementation, and higher education. Her work experience encompasses various management and faculty positions at multiple programs in India, Canada, USA, Nepal, Turkey, and Greece. Her education in Chinese Literature brought her to explore the collaboration of Negotiation, Mandarine, Contract, Faculty Exchange, Dual Degree Program, and Bilateral symposium. 
These international experiences greatly aided Audrey’s work which focuses on mutual benefit-seeking and connection-building within culturally diverse environments.

Qi Wei is the Solution Consultant of Clarivate, graduated from the Institute of Microbiology CAS, is focused on assessing scientific research performance in colleges and universities. Since joined Clarivate, she has devoted herself to providing in-depth scientific research and analytics solutions for teachers and students at universities and scientific research institutions.

Renee Guan as a Senior Solution Consultant is based in the North Asia of the Academics & Government business of Clarivate in Taiwan. Renee Guan works closely with key opinion leaders in academics and government departments in Taiwan. She also represents Clarivate at key thought leadership events to share the best practices in research and consulting expertise on solutions to support their research and innovation endeavors. She also supports the sales team in garnering and identifying new business leads and opportunities.
