The presenters:

Emmanuel Thiveaud
SVP Product Management

Emmanuel Thiveaud leads Clarivate’s A&G Research and Analytics business, which includes flagship solutions, such as Web of Science, InCites, and Pivot-RP. He joined Thomson Reuters’s Intellectual Property & Science division in 2013 and held leadership roles in Product Management, Research Data & Analytics, Market Strategy & Development, and Global Research Operations at Clarivate. Emmanuel holds a Ph.D. in Economic History from EHESS in Paris, France. He is based in Philadelphia, USA.

Nicholas Schapowal
Product Sales Manager

Nick is a Product Sales Manager at Clarivate, responsible for Research & Analytics in Australia and New Zealand. He has over 12 years of experience in working with universities and public sector organisations across Australia and South East Asia, helping them achieve their research and innovation goals. Nick has a strong background in research, history and education, holding a Masters of Research degree in History from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in eLearning from the University of New England. He is passionate about promoting research discovery, analytics, and information management systems, and creating value propositions that support the growth and impact of research institutions and governments. He is also a certified trainer and a lifelong learner, who has completed multiple courses in sales, marketing, and gamification

Geeho Liu
Director, Solution Consulting (Melbourne only)

Geeho Liu is Director of Customer Success for the Research & Analytics portfolio of Clarivate. Geeho and her team of Customer Success consultants provide training, customised services and best practices to help customers optimise their use of Clarivate products to help drive innovation and impactful research outcomes. She has over 20 years experience partnering with academic and government organisations and managing and leading teams to drive success. 

Dju-Lyn Chng
Snr. Customer Success Manager (Sydney and Brisbane)

As Senior Customer Success Consultant specializing in Clarivate’s research and analytics solutions, Dju-Lyn engages with researchers and university leaders around Southeast Asia in discussions around optimising researcher workflows, bibliometrics and strategic decision making.   
Dju-Lyn has extensive experience in STM publishing covering various research fields.  During her career, she represented leading academic publishers in engagements across Asia Pacific.    
Dju-Lyn passion for marketing, client engagements and academia combined with her experience in different publishing houses enables her to provide a unique blend of insights and stakeholder perspectives regarding academic research output and research evaluation.
