VP of Corporate IP, Swarovski
Leo Longauer is responsible for protecting, managing, policing and enforcing the Swarovski group’s trademarks, designs, and patents. This includes implementing and overseeing global online and offline brand protection and anti-counterfeiting programs. Prior to Swarovski, he was Head of Group IP at UBS and headed a trademark examination team at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property.

Robert Stutz is a founder of Beutler Künzi Stutz AG, a boutique IP law firm advising clients nationally and internationally. He has written extensively on design rights, including contributing to a Swiss IP Handbook on the topic. As Co-Chair of the MARQUES Designs team, he is very much involved in matters related to the Hague Agreement.
