As a member of the leadership team at Clarivate, Josh works closely with publishers to understand the changing dynamics around scholarly communication and peer review, and bring a customer-focus to the vision.

Chris Heid entered the scholarly communications industry in 2011 with a product position at ScholarOne. His work focused on growth initiatives for their Manuscripts platform. Currently Chris serves as Product Lead for Clarivate’s Present & Publish business unit, heading several product initiatives including submission integration and partnerships. Previous projects include development of Reviewer Locator, Publisher-level Reporting and ScholarOne’s ORCID integration. Chris received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Sven Molter, with ScholarOne since 2009, is a Product Manager currently working on ScholarOne Manuscripts. In his role as Product Manager Sven has worked on both the ScholarOne Abstracts and ScholarOne Manuscripts platforms. One of his recent projects is the addition of Submission Prefill to ScholarOne Manuscripts, reducing authors time to submit by 25%. Prior to working with ScholarOne he worked as the Senior Manager of Meetings, Membership and Education (Society of Behavioral Medicine) at Executive Director Incorporated where he oversaw the Annual Meeting planning process.
